Individual psychotherapy
• for adults and/or adolescents (16 years and over)

Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one, confidential study of the individual's psychological problems or experiences that he/she wants to make sense of, accompanied by a therapist. Although the goals of individual psychotherapy are unique for each client, these goals generally include making sense of the distressing or dysfunctional behavior, thought, or feeling and changing it in a positive way.

Sessions are usually held once a week, preferably on the same day and time. It takes approximately 45-50 minutes. The therapy process is determined based on the client's needs and goals and is therefore different for each client. In the research conducted for the CBT school, it can be said that change may start in 8-12 sessions, in line with scientific data. Independent of school, the therapist-client relationship, that is, the therapeutic relationship, is one of the most important factors that will affect the positive change in the client.

Couple/family counseling
• for romantic partners and/or families

Couple and family counseling are forms of therapy that involve working with multiple members of a family or couple to improve their relationships and resolve conflicts. In family counseling, the therapist addresses issues that affect the entire family unit, such as communication problems, parenting difficulties, or conflicts between family members. The aim is to develop strategies to improve understanding, promote better relationships, resolve conflicts and support each other.

Couples counseling focuses specifically on the relationship between partners. It aims to help couples understand and resolve conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their bonds. Common topics addressed in couples counseling include infidelity, communication breakdowns, sexual problems, and financial disagreements. Therapists try to help partners rebuild a healthy, more satisfying relationship. Both family and couples counseling emphasize the importance of collaboration and mutual support to achieve lasting improvements in relationships.
